Licence
You may install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or sell the Game, except where the law allows it.
Free to play, with ads
The Game is free and supported by ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases
You can buy coins in the Game. Purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms.
Virtual items
Coins (including bought coins), stars, boosts, upgrades and ball designs have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and may be lost if you delete the Game or its data.
Ownership
The Game and everything in it belongs to teklabs or its licensors.
Warranty and liability
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of game progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the Game means you accept the update.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
